and oh, did I mention about a living room transformation for my house? ;)
Supposedly, I assumed that my call-up for enlistment will be somewhere around September (cos’ it was around that time that I was called up last year). I had everything planned out, furthering my education - taking classes to become a LAE, renew my BTT/FTT, sent countless resumes to different aviation companies in the hope of gaining some valuable experience to be added to my future portfolio.
BOOM! Everything took a change when I opened up the mailbox. I actually closed and re-opened it to make sure that there was actually an ORANGE letter present inside.
7th of June is when the “jambul” hair comes off.
To kick things off, i just want to say that I have been inducted into the Academic Roll of Honour for AY2010 Semester 2!
It gives due recognition to students who have performed exceptionally well academically during that semester. To qualify for induction into the Academic Roll of Honour, I have to be amongst the top 5% of the cohort in RP on the basis of the Grade Point Average for at least four modules and above taken during the semester. Alhamdulillah.
I’m not trying to show off here, but I’m hoping to set an example for our Malay community that we, mats and minahs, can do it also! cheers.

told you guys i’ve been slogging it out. after months of refraining myself from parties and constant sleep-overs, i finally reap what i sow. i think i should get this momentum going, since it’s already entering the final semester of my tertiary education. Alhamdulillah!

im feeling so useless. not being to afford the lavish dinners. expensive gifts. sweet anniversaries. and i thank you S for being patient. just wait till i get my aircraft engineer license and i assure you won’t need to lift a finger anymore - except to do the household chores and spend time with your mother-in-law.

I wonder why they called it a holiday when it’s already the last week of it. might as well keep the school’s schedule running w/o any classes. that would have been so much fun! ;0
On a much brighter note, I’ve signed up for my GST credit! sekcited lah oi since it’s my first time! i’ve not yet thought about what to do with it. torn between nobelty and greed.

they seriously need to do up a tumblr app for blackberry. to add up to the ever so growing social networking platforms. i wonder how people managing their twitter, myspace, flickr, digg, can even find time to have a proper decent meal. :)
